About us

 We are the Hubbard and Sealey families, Tim and Elle Hubbard and Michael and Ann Sealey, we decided to buy a vacation home in Florida in 2002, we looked at all of the main resorts in the Disney area and realised that Emerald Island Resort was going to be the biggest, best and most beautiful before it was even built. Having got our deposit down at that early stage we were able to pick what we think is the perfect location for our Townhouse, close enough to the clubhouse to be really close but far enough away for it to be private and quiet.

 

We have enjoyed owning our Home immensely, we are very successful at renting it out and see the same guests coming back to us year after year. We are trying to achieve a home away from home experience with luxury thrown in and we keep updating and replacing within the house to be able to carry this out.

 

In England the Hubbard family consists of Tim (Dad) Elle (Mum) Tom and Sam our young 9 and 7 year old boys. Tim and Elle own 3 companies in England, a pest control company, a newspaper for owners of Florida vacation homes and a car hire company selling car hire in Florida.

 

The Sealey family consists of Michael (dad) Ann (mum) and 3 grown up children Amy, Harriet and Rupert. Michael and Ann are both veterinary surgeons and own a very successful surgery in Southern England.
