Reservations can be made at anytime.

A deposit will be required at the time of booking.

Payment should be made by personal cheque or Pay Pal.

Bookings are normally for a minimum period of 4 nights in low season months and 7 nights in Holiday and high season.

Cancellations must be notified in writing.

Groups must be of the size stated on the form. Failure to comply will render our agreement void and the security deposit will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to refuse bookings.

Please fill out and return the enclosed form to make your booking/reservation. Receipt of the completed form with the correct payment, will confirm your acceptance and understanding of our booking conditions and then a confirmation notice with final payment details will be sent to you

Keys will be available for entry to the house after 4pm.

Upon arrival please check that everything is to your satisfaction. If not, contact the management company immediately. Please remember that unless you tell us that you have a problem we cannot do anything about addressing it.

Checkout time is 11am, our cleaners take a minimum of 4 hours to clean thoroughly and if extra time is required you will be charged accordingly. Please leave the house as you find it. It would be helpful to leave used bed linen and towels in the laundry room.

We will not be responsible for any matters that result from any unforestallable events that are beyond our control.

We strongly recommend that you take out adequate trip insurance.

At all times when staying at Emerald Island, the management company is your first point of contact for assistance with any problems or incidents.
