Hi Tim,
Hope all is well with you and your family. We got back Sunday night from Orlando and had a wonderful time. The condo felt like home and our second stay there was just as great as the first. The wireless internet was a great surprise. Our laptops and iPods attached right away with no problems whatsoever. We all slept well and enjoyed the downtime away from all the attractions and big lights. The guide on the coffee table was very helpful with all the hints about shortcuts, managing the AC in the house, etc. The shortcut into WDW via Shorberth or whatever that road is was invaluable and we used it almost daily. Unfortunately we forgot to sign the logbook but we'll be sure to get it next time. I recommend your condo to all our friends and family headed to Orlando. We will be back again in 2011 for a trip to Universal once they get all the Harry Potter stuff completed and it's been running a while! You just can't beat the value and comfort that the condo offers!

From our initial email to you I knew this would be good and I was right ! Not only is Emerald Island perfect, your home was perfect for us, the space is the most important for us, with 6 of us (4 kids under 12) staying in a hotel is not as fun as it should be, but in your condo everyone had room to spare and we spent some quality time there.
The shopping was good as well ;-) I was born to shop and with Walmart and Target so close, let alone all the outlets I was in heavan :-) We were also spoilt for choice with great supermarkets within a mile.

What's the saying :-)) Location location location ! Well it is important and you have it sorted, your home is just so convenient for everything, I have to admit to being surprised ! We had the best time at the parks but just loved coming back and chilling out. We had a cook out out back one night and we sat with our wine and watched an Otter fishing in the lake ! How is it possible to have this tranquil oasis right next to the bustling environment of Disney. It was perfect for us thank you for the opportunity. Jayne

Just wanted to say thank you for letting us stay at your condo. It is just
gorgeous. It felt like home. We enjoyed the pool when we weren't at a park.
Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. We were allowed to get into
the villas of somerset early, so we couldn't stay to meet Karen. Villas of
Somerset were a big disappointment. How could they not be after staying at
your place? But it was only for three days, so we survived.

Hi Elle,
We had a wonderful vacation at your townhouse. Just an update on the front
gate situation. When we arrived, the code that you had given us had been
changed. The security guard at the gate gave us the new code, but then
several days later they stopped using the codes completely. Now you have to
check in at the front gate every time you enter. They said this was how it
was going to be from now on. Anyway, we had a great time and will surely be
getting in touch if we visit Orlando again. Thank you.

Thanks for calling the other day. I got your e-mail this morning when I returned to work. We got off to a rocky start on our trip to Florida but that didn't last long and we had a very good time. We all enjoyed staying in the condo and will probably take you up on your offer of a discount on our next trip.We arrived home to single digit (F) tempuratures last night and -5 F this morning after leaving Orlando in the 70's. I did not experience any problems at the clubhouse and visited it three
times. The young Polish girl on duty was most helpful.
Your help and assistance made our time in Orlando very satisfying.
The area has grown by leaps and bounds since we first visited over 10 yrs
ago and we are continually amazed at the strong growth.

The townhome is lovely! It has all the amenities a family could think
of. We've decided that we will never go the hotel route again. I think
we would have been at each other's throats had we stayed for seven nights
in a hotel room. And it was so nice to do the parks all day long, come
home, enjoy a swim and a cold beer ;0), and not have to get dressed and
go out to dinner with tired kids. (Our high energy boys were asleep by
8:30 each night!) We cooked a couple of nights, we ordered out a few
nights, and we went to dinner at Ohana with the kids and in laws and to
California Grill just the two of us. Writing about it makes me wish I
were back.Thanks again for opening your home to us. Who knows, maybe we'll save
our pennies and be in touch with you again next year!

We absolutely loved your home. We did not have chance to write in your book, so we wanted to send you an email. The house is so user friendly and perfect for families with children. We were just amazed at how completely furnished the home was right down to the toys. We hope to rent again from you in the future. I will never again stay in a hotel. The weekly rent is so affordable that it does not make family vacations out of reach for the average family. The pool was great as well. You and your family thought of everything. We will recommend you to everyone we see.We only had 1 small problem and that was ants in the dining room and living room. We also wanted to let you know that the comforter in the master bedroom had a stain on it, but we were okay because the home has extra everything.Thank you so much for allowing our family to enjoy our first vacation we have had since 1999 (due to family crisis), in your wonderful home. This was a much needed vacation and your home made our stay extremely relaxing, and enjoyable.

We made it back home to Utah. The weather in Orlando did not cooperate very well but we had a great time anyway. Your Condo was a breath of fresh air. Thank you for letting us use it for our vacation. The property is beautiful, the grounds are also. We felt safe and secure there. I would recommend it to anyone who will visit Orlando. We left some sand toys that we bought for our grand son and a few other things we bought because there was no way to take them home with us. Please use them with our compliments. If there is anything else you need from me please feel free to contact me and I will be glad to take care of it.
